Sub-Acct Options
There was a subacct mis-match error when retrieving the on-hold call. Please do the following:
1. Write down exactly what you did to retrieve the on-hold. Did you click on the call itself or on one of the on-hold buttons? If the button, which one?
2. Was this a dead call or active?
3. If Robert is in the office please give the information to him, otherwise, just leave the message for him. If this is
on the weekend then give the information to the supervisor and have her/him send it to Phil (phil@cbasoftware.com).
4. You will have to click on Customer Answer Screen and re-select the proper subacct.
Important!!!!
If you got this message after saving a message then it was sent to the wrong person. You need to have a supervisor
go in and change that message and resend it ASAP!
